CHRISTOPHER FOLEY, PH.D. is an Entrepreneurship Fellow at Fannin. He was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area, before moving to San Diego, CA for his undergraduate education. He graduated from UC San Diego in 2010 with a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and spent the next couple years working in San Diego in a pharmaceutical R&D lab and a small biotech company. Chris moved to Houston to work on his Ph.D. in the department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at Baylor College of Medicine where he investigated small molecule targeting of transcriptional coregulators for the treatment of prostate cancers.
