AUNDRIETTA DUNCAN, PH.D. is an Entrepreneurship Fellow at Fannin. She completed her B.S. in Biology from Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 2008, during which time she performed breast cancer research. In 2011, she completed a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center UT Health Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences where her thesis studies focused on protein-protein interactions. In 2017, she defended her PhD dissertation on a novel mouse model of a breast cancer oncogene. During her time as a graduate student, Aundrietta received a prestigious F31 Ruth L. Kirschstein Predoctoral Individual National Research Service Award and was an American Legion Auxiliary Cancer Research Fellow for three years.
